Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of TalentsTrust, a verified-hiring platform for candidates and employers. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them. If you use TalentsTrust on behalf of a company, you agree on that company’s behalf too.

1. The service

TalentsTrust lets candidates build a verified profile (resume, skill task, structured interview, optional psychometric assessments) and lets verified employers post roles, review applicants and discover talent. Scores and match percentages are decision-support signals computed from the data you provide — they are not guarantees of job performance, and hiring decisions remain entirely the employer’s responsibility.

2. Accounts

• You need a Google account to sign in, and you must provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for activity under your account; revoke unknown sessions in Settings.
• Employer accounts must pass our verification before accessing the talent pool. We may refuse or revoke verification at our discretion.

3. Acceptable use

• No scraping, bulk-harvesting or automated collection of candidate or employer data.
• No impersonation, fake profiles, or misrepresenting the company you hire for.
• No using candidate data for any purpose other than hiring for genuine roles.
• No attempts to bypass privacy controls (contact masking, stealth mode, verification gates).
• No unlawful, discriminatory or harassing behaviour toward other users.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

4. Employer confidentiality obligations

Candidate data you access on TalentsTrust (profiles, resumes, assessment results, contact details) is confidential. You may use it only to evaluate candidates for your own roles, must not share it outside your hiring team, and must delete it on request or when it is no longer needed for the role.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you submit (resume, answers, job postings). You grant us the licence needed to operate the service — to store, process, score and display it according to the visibility rules described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and content at any time from Settings.

6. Early access

TalentsTrust is in early access: features may change, and availability is not guaranteed. We work hard to keep your data safe and durable, but you should keep your own copy of your resume content.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TalentsTrust is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or hiring outcomes. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or zero while the service is free).
